A Fan Meet Dinner with Cosplayer Aza Miyuko in Kuala Lumpur
We’re back and proud to present you our final installment of the Aza Miyuko Fan Meet & Greet session… or more accurately, the Aza Miyuko Fan Dinner session!
News of this fan dinner was actually released on Facebook days prior to the event. At a decent price of RM 80 , fans could interact and dine with the cosplayer! It was on a first-come-first-served basis though, and we have never been luckier!
Fans gathered at charlie chaplin cafe for the dinner session
About 40 fans were seated at the top deck of the Charlie Chaplin Café, a neat little place with a bit of an old-school ambience, eagerly waiting for Miyuko’s arrival. Everyone used this waiting period exchange contacts and find out more about each other, and before long the atmosphere became lighter as everyone started becoming more familiar with one another.
Casual Aza Miyuko
Aza Miyuko arrived with the Malaysia Cosplay Toushokan committee, sporting a refreshing casual look – light blue sleeveless top and short flowery pants. After greeting and thanking the fans, Miyuko settled down in her seat.
Dinner was cream soup, prawn pasta and vanilla cake. Hungry stomachs took over as everyone started on their meals. Miyuko settled for less as she finished her meal early and proceeded to have a more close-up interaction with her fans.
A warm reception at the mini stage area
The food might have been too delicious though, or maybe Miyuko might have secretly been a ninja, as she caught many fans by surprise when she moved around the table – without them noticing! It was wonderful to see her make the initiative though, and everyone enjoyed it nonetheless!
Near the end of the dinner, fans proceeded to present their personal gifts to her. Miyuko received stuffed penguins (she love penguins) and post cards.
